Reviews and Ratings <br />
The resort offers a beautiful location next to the ski slopes, and I found the amenities inviting for families. However, the rigid check-in/check-out policy and some communication gaps regarding the facilities could use improvement. Overall, the skiing experience was enjoyable, but the service and information flow need to be better to match the high price point.
The hotel has a fantastic ski-in/ski-out location that greatly enhances the skiing experience. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the spa facilities provided a good level of relaxation. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, with subpar food quality throughout my stay. The rooms were also lacking in cleanliness and comfort, making the overall experience quite disappointing given the price point.
The resort is beautifully situated with direct access to ski slopes, offering a modern design and clean apartments. While the staff were friendly and helpful, there were several management oversights including a lack of information in the apartments and cleanliness issues that affected the overall experience. The spa also had its ups and downs, with some treatments praised while others fell short of expectations.
Norefjell Ski & Spa is set in a beautiful location, close to skiing, and offers spacious accommodations. The staff is friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall experience. However, the lack of signage and information around the resort can lead to confusion, and some amenities could use improvement, particularly in the rooms and management of facilities.
This hotel offers a large and spacious environment with excellent recreational facilities for families, including a climbing wall and a good pool area. While the dining options for breakfast and dinner are decent, the service can be inconsistent and not quite up to the hotel’s star rating. The pricing seems a bit excessive for what is offered, and room cleanliness appears to vary. Overall, it's a decent choice if you're looking for outdoor activities, but it could use some improvements.
